- We understand that sometimes things don’t work out. We’re happy to offer refunds or exchanges under the following conditions:
- You must contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order. After this period, we cannot process any return or exchange.
- The item must be in the same condition as received – unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- Items that show signs of wear, damage, or dirt will not be eligible for return or exchange.
- All return or exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- You will be responsible for retrieving the package from the address you entered.
- We cannot issue refunds or resend orders for items delivered to the wrong location due to customer error.
- Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Delivery is handled by Courier Guy and takes 1 to 3 working days.
- A tracking number will be sent to you once your order is shipped.
- A flat R150 delivery fee applies to all orders.
- Every item is carefully checked and packaged before shipping.
- If you receive a damaged item due to courier handling, please contact us immediately with clear photos.

- Your personal information is protected and will never be shared with third parties.
- We use trusted payment gateway [YOCO] to ensure safe and secure transactions.
- Promotional codes must be applied at checkout. They cannot be added after the order is placed.
