1. Refunds & Exchanges
  • We understand that sometimes things don’t work out. We’re happy to offer refunds or exchanges under the following conditions:
  • You must contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order. After this period, we cannot process any return or exchange.
  • The item must be in the same condition as received – unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or dirt will not be eligible for return or exchange.
  • All return or exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

2. Incorrect Address or Delivery Details

Please make sure your delivery address is accurate when placing your order.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • You will be responsible for retrieving the package from the address you entered.
  • We cannot issue refunds or resend orders for items delivered to the wrong location due to customer error.
3. Order Processing & Shipping
  • Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Delivery is handled by Courier Guy and takes 1 to 3 working days.
  • A tracking number will be sent to you once your order is shipped.
  • A flat R150 delivery fee applies to all orders.

4. Product Quality & Customer Assurance
  • Every item is carefully checked and packaged before shipping.
  • If you receive a damaged item due to courier handling, please contact us immediately with clear photos.
  • We’re committed to customer satisfaction. If you ever have concerns, please reach out – we’re here to help and resolve issues fairly.

  • We use trusted payment gateway [YOCO] to ensure safe and secure transactions.
6. Promotions & Discounts
  • Promotional codes must be applied at checkout. They cannot be added after the order is placed.
